RRB recruitment for NTPC Traffic Assistant, Station Master Notifications 2025

The RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Graduate Recruitment 2026 invites online applications for 5,810 vacancies across India. Positions include Station Master, Goods Guard, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Commercial Apprentice, Traffic Assistant, and other graduate-level posts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing passenger train and station operations (Station Master).
• Handling bookings, accounts, and commercial documentation (Clerk / Commercial Apprentice).
• Monitoring freight and goods operations (Goods Guard).
• Coordinating traffic control and communication (Traffic Assistant).
• Preparing official records and reports (Typist / Clerk).

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: 18 – 33 years (Age relaxation as per government rules).

Salary / Compensation Range

As per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC):

• Pay Level 2 – 6 in the Pay Matrix (₹25,000 – ₹56,100 per month).
• Plus applicable allowances such as DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance.

Work Schedule / Hours
